Exchange Guidelines

  • Exchanges are for a different set of Kelly tires
  • Exchange must be made within 30 days of purchase
  • If the exchange is for a more expensive tire, you must pay the difference plus sales tax
  • If the exchange is for a less expensive tire, you'll receive a refund for the difference
  • The trial period applies only to the original tires purchased and not to the exchanged tires

Tires That Can't Be Exchanged

  • Tires not eligible for the program
  • Tires damaged due to misuse, road hazards or mechanical problems
  • Tires used in any racing-related activities or competitive events
  • Tires removed from the original vehicle
